Sometimes you come in for a session, get clarity, shift something, and you’re able to move forward.
And sometimes that session shows you there’s more there.
More layers. More patterns. More things that only start to become clear once you begin paying attention in a different way.
This gives you a way to stay with the work as it unfolds, instead of trying to figure it out on your own or feeling like you’re starting over each time something comes up.

Single sessions are great for focused work, specific situations, or a reset when something feels off.
This journey is for when you want ongoing support so you can stay with the process and move through deeper layers over time.
This may be a good fit if you feel like something isn’t fully shifting and you don’t want to keep circling the same patterns.
You might feel stuck, unclear, or aware of what’s going on but still not able to move forward consistently.
Or you’ve had moments of clarity, but they don’t seem to hold, and you find yourself back in the same place.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.
You just need to know you want support staying with the process.
What We Do Together
We meet regularly and work with what’s actually coming up for you in real time.
Some sessions focus on clarity—seeing what’s going on underneath and identifying what’s been missed or misunderstood.
Some focus on clearing—working through emotional or energetic patterns that are still holding things in place.
Some focus on integration—so what has already shifted can stabilize and actually stick, instead of fading or being overridden.
I use a combination of tools depending on what’s needed, including Body Code, intuitive insight, and other systems I’m trained in.
You don’t need to figure out which approach is right. That’s my role.
Support Between Sessions
Alongside our sessions, I provide ongoing energetic support.
You don’t need to track it or do anything with it. It’s there to support the work we’re doing and help things continue moving between sessions.
Some people feel it more than others. Either way, it supports the process.
You’ll also have the ability to reach out between sessions if something comes up, within reasonable boundaries.

Additional Information
For sessions that include Success Codex insights, Human Design, or Astrology, I’ll need your birth date (day, month, year), time, and location. If you’re working with a rectified time that feels accurate to you, we can use that as well.
