This session is the starting point.
There are times when you already know what’s going on, at least on some level, but it’s still not changing. You’ve looked at it, you’ve tried to shift it, and yet you’re still in the same place or circling the same thing.
That’s the space this session is for.
We start with where you are—what you’re seeing, what you’ve already tried, and what’s worked before but isn’t working now. That context matters. From there, we move past the surface and get into what hasn’t fully been seen, understood, or aligned yet. There’s usually something underneath it that hasn’t quite clicked, or something slightly off that’s keeping the whole thing in place.
As we work through it, I’m listening for patterns, underlying themes, and what’s actually driving the situation. From there, we begin to shift what’s ready so you can move forward with more clarity and direction.
You don’t need to have anything figured out before you come in. We start with what’s happening for you right now and work from there.
This isn’t about trying to release or fix everything in one session. It’s about seeing clearly, shifting what’s ready, and opening the door so things can start moving again.

Targeted Energy Work (Body Code + Frequency Work)
We identify key imbalances and begin clearing what’s ready to be released. This creates an initial shift and helps restore movement where things have been stuck.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s going on and where to go next—whether that’s integrating what shifted or continuing the work.
