We look at what’s actually going on underneath, identify the patterns or blocks that are in the way, and begin to shift them so you can move forward with more clarity.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come in. We start with what’s happening for you right now, and work from there.
This is not about releasing and balancing everything in one session.
It’s about seeing clearly, shifting what’s ready, and opening the door so things can actually start moving.
What this session includes: Conversation + Clarity
We start with what’s been going on for you. As you share, I’m listening for patterns, underlying themes, and what’s actually driving the situation.
Targeted Energy Work (Body Code + Frequency Work)
We identify key imbalances and begin clearing what’s ready to be released. This creates an initial shift and helps restore movement where things have been stuck.
Next-Step Direction
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s going on and where to go next—whether that’s integrating what shifted or continuing the work.
