Each Month Julia and I do a free Sacred Foundations Oracle Card Reading at the beginning of the month, and later in the month we do a free Meditation and Frequency Session.  We recommend watching the Reading first and then, when available, watch the Meditation and Frequency Video.

While each is stand alone...the overall Intention is for them to build off each other to support you in creating or deepening your Sacred Foundation.
