Whether you are new to your conscious Spiritual Journey or you have been aware of this amazing Universe for awhile, having a Sacred Foundation is an essential element to have in place.
There is not THE way to build or deepen your Sacred Foundation...there is just YOUR way and that's the way that works for you.

In truth there is no "error", just an experiential journey of what helps you and what doesn't.

We are super excited to share a free Sacred Foundations Oracle Card Reading at the beginning of each month via YouTube and later in the month we offer a free Meditation and Frequency Session based on the Energy of the Reading, also via our Sacred Foundations YouTube Channel.
For those that want to go on a Deeper Dive we offer a One-on-One Program where we work together with you as you develop or deepen your Sacred Foundation.
This Program...simply called, Sacred Foundations ~ Deep Dive, was created to assist you on your Journey of Embodying your True Essence.
Together, over 4 separate 90 minute sessions, we work with and through any perceived obstacles you have with being the full Expression of your True Essence while in Physical Form.
Session One: You connect with Julia and Jill via Zoom where you share with us where you are on your journey and what your goals and intentions are. We pull a Cross of Truth Card Spread and go over what comes up and what action steps you can implement to build or deepen your Sacred Foundation.
Session Two: You meet with either Jill or Julia for Coaching and/or Healing Work.
Session Three: You meet with either Jill or Julia for Coaching and/or Healing Work.
Session Four: We all meet together again for a wrap - up session and any additional Coaching and/or Healing Work. Here we do another Cross of Truth Reading that sets you up for continued deepening of your Sacred Foundation.
