Sacred Foundations is for you if you:
~ Long for a deeper connection with your own Inner Wisdom, Intuition, Empowerment and Creative Expression. ~ Are ready to move through Fears and Limitations that may be keeping you feeling stuck or unclear. ~ Know, to the depth of your being, that your magic and your light is ready to come forth and be expressed in authentic ways. ~ Recognize that you are here to be, do, have, give, create, experience, and express your joy in the world in whatever way that makes your heart sing...and by doing so it makes the world a better place. ~ Have a deep knowing that Individually you are making a difference in the world by embracing your Essence. ~ Feel the deep expansive Call of your Soul and know you are being supported to live with fulfillment and purpose. |
Join us each month on our Sacred Foundations YouTube Channel.
At the beginning of each month we do a collective Sacred Foundations Reading.
This gives us insight into the theme of the month, helpful energies, potential obstacles, and the overall potential of the month.
Mid-month we have a guided meditation with frequency work to assist you with releasing what no longer serves you and getting into greater alignment with your True Essence.
Of course not in place of Licensed Medical or Therapy :)
You are 100% responsible for your own well-being.
Join us for both the reading and the meditation/frequency work, or pick the one that will serve you best.
While they are meant to work together you may be guided to use one over the other to assist you on your journey of developing or deepening your Sacred Foundation. Trust your own Inner Wisdom.

This Deep Dive was created to assist you on your Journey of Embodying your True Essence.
Together we connect via Zoom over 4 separate 90 - minute sessions.
We work with and through any perceived obstacles that you feel you have with experiencing a deep connection with your Inner Wisdom as you experience the full Expression of your True Essence in all areas of your life: Health, Wealth, Happiness in Relationships (to self and others), and Creative Expression.
Session One: You connect with both of us via Zoom where you share with us where you are on your journey and what your goals and intentions are. We pull a Cross of Truth Card Spread and go over what comes up and what action steps you can implement to build or deepen your Sacred Foundation.
Session Two: You meet with either Jill or Julia for Coaching and/or Healing Work.
Session Three: You meet with either Jill or Julia for Coaching and/or Healing Work.
Session Four: We all meet together again for a wrap - up session and any additional Coaching and/or Healing Work.
Here we do another Cross of Truth Reading that sets you up for continued deepening of your Sacred Foundation.
